This course is designed for students with advanced painting skills, aiming to enhance the depth of artistic creation and technical proficiency, and to help students reach new heights in artistic expression.

1. Advanced Color Theory

• Learn how to use color psychology to influence viewer emotions and create captivating atmospheres.
• Practice color mixing techniques and explore color variations under different lighting conditions.

2.⁠ ⁠Advanced Composition Techniques

• Analyze compositional methods in classic and contemporary artworks to understand the visual principles behind them.
• Train students to use different perspectives, proportions, and spatial combinations to enhance the narrative and appeal of their work, discussing effects and improvement directions in class.

3.⁠ ⁠Medium Exploration

• Further experiment with various materials like oil paint, watercolor, acrylic, charcoal, and mixed media to discover combinations of different textures and effects.
• Guide students in selecting appropriate mediums to express specific themes and emotions.

4.⁠ ⁠Deepening Personal Artistic Style

• Help students analyze their own works to uncover the potential of their personal style.
• Encourage students to blend different artistic genres and techniques to create a unique visual language.
• Organize group discussions for sharing individual style development processes, inspiring and learning from each other.

5.⁠ ⁠Artwork Critique and Discussion

• Regularly conduct artwork presentations and critiques to cultivate students’ critical abilities and self-reflection.
• Through peer evaluations and instructor feedback, assist students in identifying strengths and areas for improvement, enhancing the quality of their creations.
• Invite industry experts for workshops to provide broader perspectives and inspiration.
